Stephanie is part of the Operations team assisting with rentals, bookings and facility management. She sees the community centre as a great resource and homely place for everyone in the area and is very happy to contribute to its purpose.
Steph has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies and is passionate about community development and contributing to a just society for all. Steph has worked in many professions such as swim teaching, customer service, program coordination, volunteer management and early childhood programs. She enjoys working with children and supporting members of the community in any way she can.
Steph volunteered with Australian Red Cross during her time in Darwin and contributed to migrant connection workshops, human trafficking awareness seminars and the facilitation of educational sessions about the journeys of refugees & asylum seekers . Also in Darwin, Steph worked as a Program Coordinator at The Smith Family and back home in Melbourne, coordinated the Family Room at Monash Children’s Hospital with Ronald McDonald House Charities.
